The response to our ongoing Group Breathwork Sessions has continued to grow so we are extending our dates, once again, to include the next 3 months of the year.

This response enables us to know if we have enough participants to have the session. 

We meet at Healthy Balance Yoga Studio, 104 Palmer Street in Tryon, NC, from 5-7pm (NOTE NEW TIME).  Everything we need is there, blankets, mats, pillows, etc.  Your investment is $30 per session.

We breathe for one hour and have time to process and share before leaving.  You may attend one or many sessions and no previous experience is necessary.

Transformational Breathwork is a great modality for clearing and shifting old limiting beliefs, behavioral patterns, stuck emotions, tension and more.  It is also a potent tool for bringing our awareness into the present moment. The majority of the discomfort in our lives is created from focusing on the past or the future.  The point of power is in the present moment and breathwork brings us fully into the now.  Working on all levels, Transformational Breathwork leaves us feeling energized, relaxed, and more positively immersed in our daily lives.
